Eat more often = Snacks or Meals every 2 hours

With my time in the fitness industry I love to be able to tell people who have been crash dieting that the way to lose body fat is not to eat less, just eat more often.

It is true that you don't want to be eating huge meals and snacks, but it has actually been proven that if you eat every 2 hours, taking in between 200 and 300 calories at each snack/meal, and making sure each meal is healthy with some protein, then you will start to cut your body fat.
