Extreme Diets can be BAD

Just talked to someone who is going on one of those extreme diets, I warned her about putting her body into starvation mode, have a cheat day once a week, or at least a cheat meal once a week when you can eat what ever you want.  Your body and mind will be better off for it.  Find a good diet, if you want a six pack, find a diet for six pack that works for you.
